Email and messages that arrive already sorted

Email & message management is the inbox add-on of BrainOutput. It reads incoming email and messages inside your private deployment, triages and labels them, summarises what each thread needs, prepares reply drafts and sends the auto-replies you have allowed — you decide what goes out.

The problem: the inbox eats the morning

Client requests, supplier invoices, newsletters, internal threads, messages from every channel — they all arrive in the same pile, and sorting the pile is work nobody is paid to do but everybody does.

For a professional firm the inbox is also confidential: handing it to a public AI tool is not an option.

What it does

Triage and labelling: incoming email and messages are sorted by what they are and what they need — client request, invoice, newsletter, internal — labelled accordingly, with the threads that need an answer today surfaced first.

Reply drafts: each thread is summarised in a few lines and a reply is drafted in your tone, for your review. Drafts are drafts: nothing is sent without a human approving it.

Auto-replies: for the cases you choose — an acknowledgement, opening hours, a standard answer — it replies on its own, following the rules you set. Everything outside those rules waits for a human.

Email and messaging alike: the same triage, labels and drafts apply across your mailboxes and the messaging channels you connect.

Privacy: the inbox stays in the building

Email and messages are processed inside your BrainOutput deployment — on your own hardware or your private cloud — by private models. Message content is not sent to a public AI service.

It acts only within the rules you set: auto-replies cover the cases you allowed, and every other reply remains a human decision.

How it plugs into BrainOutput

Summaries, drafts, labels and priorities appear in the same BrainOutput chat as everything else — the inbox becomes another conversation you manage from one place.

It follows the platform's routing policy: email and message content is sensitive by default and is answered by your private models.

Frequently asked questions

Does it send messages by itself?

Only the auto-replies you have explicitly allowed, under the rules you set. Everything else is a draft: a human reviews and approves it before anything is sent.

Does it cover messaging as well as email?

Yes. Triage, labelling and reply drafts work across your mailboxes and the messaging channels you connect, so every incoming request lands in one sorted view.

Where are our email and messages processed?

Inside your BrainOutput deployment, on your own hardware or your private cloud, using private models. Message content is not sent to public AI services.

Can we see it on our own inbox?
