Your documents, analysed — without leaving your building

DocMatch is the document-analysis add-on of BrainOutput. From the same chat your team already uses, you hand it a matter, a folder or a pile of receipts, and you get answers with citations back — while the documents stay exactly where your confidentiality policy says they must.

The problem: your most valuable work is also your most confidential

Law firms live in case files and disclosure sets; accounting firms live in receipts, invoices and bank statements. Reviewing and reconciling them by hand is where the hours go — and it is precisely the material you cannot paste into a public AI tool.

So the choice today is often no AI at all, or AI on someone else's server with someone else's rules. DocMatch exists to remove that choice.

What it does

For law firms, DocMatch is designed to read a matter end to end: answer questions with citations to the exact page, build chronologies, and help prepare and review disclosure sets.

For accounting firms, it is designed to reconcile receipts, invoices and bank statements: match each line to its supporting document, flag what is missing and what does not add up, and hand you an annotated result instead of a pile of paper.

Every answer comes with its sources inside your own documents, so a professional can verify it in seconds — the machine does the reading, you keep the judgement.

Privacy: the documents never move

DocMatch runs inside your BrainOutput deployment — on your own hardware or in your private cloud. Your documents are processed by private models under your control; they are never sent to a public AI service.

Demonstrations use synthetic demo data only. We never show, and never use, a real client's file — ours or yours.

How it plugs into BrainOutput

DocMatch is not a separate product with a separate login: it is an add-on you invoke from the same BrainOutput chat, under the same accounts and the same routing policy as everything else.

Because it is part of the platform, the confidentiality routing applies automatically: document work is classed sensitive and answered by your private models, by default and without exception.

Frequently asked questions

Is DocMatch a separate product?

No. DocMatch is an add-on of the BrainOutput platform: you use it from the same chat, with the same user accounts and the same confidentiality routing as the rest of your deployment.

Can we see it before committing?

Yes — book a demo and we will show you DocMatch on synthetic demo data: a set of documents goes in, a matched and annotated result comes out. We never demonstrate on real client files.

Where do our documents go when DocMatch analyses them?

Nowhere. Analysis runs inside your BrainOutput deployment, on your own hardware or your private cloud, using private models. Documents are not sent to public AI services.

Does it work for both law firms and accountants?

Yes — those are its two primary audiences. For law firms it is designed for case files and disclosure; for accounting firms, for reconciling receipts, invoices and bank statements. The AI diagnostic assesses fit against your actual documents before any deployment.
