An agent stack that works with any model — and belongs to you

BrainOutput is a private, LLM-agnostic AI platform: one chat for your team, a real orchestrator and agent stack underneath, and model routing that sends each task to the right model — local, private or cloud — under a policy you control. No lock-in to any vendor's proprietary agents.

The problem: every proprietary agent stack is a lease on your own future

Build your workflows on one vendor's agents and you inherit their roadmap, their prices and their deprecations. Swap models and the agent layer breaks; stay, and your processes — and your code context — live on someone else's infrastructure.

For a tech company the stakes are doubled: the data flowing through those agents is your source code and your customers' data.

What BrainOutput gives your team

A real orchestrator, not a chatbot with plugins

Long projects run on an orchestrator that assigns work to agents, has risky changes reviewed, and tracks everything on a board — the same stack we use to build BrainOutput itself.

LLM-agnostic by design

Any model behind one interface: local open-weight models, your own private endpoints, or cloud models through your own keys (BYOK). Routing by confidentiality sends sensitive work to private models and lets the rest go where it is cheapest or strongest — only when your policy allows it.

Self-hosted, code included in the perimeter

The platform runs on your hardware or your private cloud. Repos, tickets and customer data stay inside your perimeter; there is no vendor agent service to exfiltrate context to.

Privacy: your code and context stay in your perimeter

Sensitive work — code, internal docs, customer data — is answered by models running on infrastructure you control. Cloud models receive only what your policy explicitly classifies as non-sensitive.

Because the stack is LLM-agnostic, changing a vendor is a configuration change, not a migration — your workflows and your data never move.

How it plugs into your stack

Agents work against your repos and boards under your credentials and review rules; every action is tracked, so your engineers keep the same oversight they have over a human contributor.

We build BrainOutput with BrainOutput — the same orchestrator, agents and review stack we deliver — and we can show it running on our own production before you adopt anything.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a proprietary coding agent?

Two ways. It is LLM-agnostic: the agent layer works with any model — local open-weight, private endpoints, or cloud via your own keys — so no vendor change breaks your workflows. And it is self-hosted: the orchestrator, agents and your context run on infrastructure you control.

Can we keep using cloud models where they are strongest?

Yes — through your own keys (BYOK), and only where your routing policy allows it. Sensitive work goes to your private models; non-sensitive work may go to a cheaper or stronger cloud model. You set the policy.

What does the orchestrator actually do?

It decomposes long projects into tasks, assigns them to agents, routes risky changes through review, and tracks everything on a board with evidence per task. It is the same stack we run our own development on — visible in a demo.

Who operates it?

We install and integrate the platform into your environment and stay reachable for operations — model upgrades, new hardware, policy changes. Your team keeps full control of credentials, policies and data.
