Reading everything again is not a plan. But handing your inbox to an automation that answers on your behalf is worse — one wrong send to the wrong person is enough.

The Work Twin indexes the mailbox and calendar you explicitly approve, over standard protocols: IMAP and SMTP for mail, CalDAV for calendars — a path verified against a real server.

It drafts — you send
For each open thread it prepares a reply draft for you to review, edit and send. The Work Twin never sends on its own.
No silent impersonation
Every draft states that it was prepared by the Work Twin on your behalf, and every action is recorded with the model, the permission used and the approval.
What it costs you to try

What this does not do
- It does not send — ever. Replies are drafts; a human reads and sends each one.
- It does not connect to everything. IMAP/SMTP and CalDAV are verified against a real server; the Gmail, Outlook, Drive and Teams OAuth connections are not yet verified against live accounts, and we say so rather than imply otherwise.
- It does not decide what matters — it surfaces what is unanswered and what was committed to; priorities stay yours.
- Every new connection starts read-only.
Frequently asked questions
- Will it reply to customers by itself?
- No. It drafts replies; a human reviews and sends each one. There is no autosend mode.
- What about our Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts?
- The verified path today is IMAP/SMTP for mail and CalDAV for calendars, tested against a real server. The Google and Microsoft OAuth connectors are not yet verified against live accounts — we flag that plainly instead of implying support. Many Workspace and M365 setups can still be reached over IMAP; the assessment checks yours.
- Can it touch anything besides mail and calendar?
- Only what you approve, and every new connection starts read-only. Drives, chat and finance connections follow the same approval model — and the same honesty rule applies: verified paths are named, unverified ones are not implied.
